Highest Degree ??

It's first time I post in English. I know maybe some part of my post not right, but I'll learn for it.

Highest Degree ?
Most of peoples want to have a highest degree. They work hard for it, they did all they can do. They spend all of their time, money, and their minds. Not only that, if they meet many obstacles that they can't solve, many peoples take some disgraceful way.
A big question is why they do that ?
Is degree that you have makes yourself rich or makes you get anything you want ?
Is that make you happy ?
Maybe some part that's true, but I think every moments to achieve that degree are the most enjoyable part. Not only that, now I'll show you some reality in our live.
Think it :
Most of companies are looking for employees that have highest degree. But no one need a degree to starting a business, they just need knowledge about how to do that. And if that business are grown to a big company, not impossible for that company is looking for employees that have highest degree. So, who is the leader ?

For me, a degree is not destination, but that is opportunity to learn something and gathering some experience.

Well, like my description of this blog, every posts there are what i had in my mind.
